All of our systems come ceramic coated in brilliant silver or classic black. They also are hand built to order, so if you want no O2 sensor bungs or you need 12 or 18mm bungs it’s made specifically to your needs. These pipes are manufactured to the highest degree of true American craftsmanship. We have over 48 years experience in the precision machining and tool & die industry. The material, bends, welds, and coating are top notch. Made from US mild steel, each pipe also contains a stainless steel cone baffle that is welded into place in the collector. This helps with sound and back pressure, which is needed to tune the pipe properly. No packing material to repack every 2-3 years; just ride and enjoy!

Typical delivery is 4-6 weeks depending on demand and severity of the build itself. Our in house staff has over 250 combined years in the precision machining industry. Case Machining/Boring

Case boring services are performed on a Pratt Whitney Precision Jig Bore machine. All machining is done according to print specifications,We are only one of a few machine shops in the world who are able to successfully bore both 4.134 and 4.250”. Once the machining is complete, each bore is test fitted with the appropriate liner to insure proper fitment. We also stock new cast iron liners for both sizes for an additional cost.

26 Tooth Pulley

Hate the VRod’s dreaded lag off the line or stop light? If so, then our legendary 26-tooth steel pulley will cure that issue. Made from pre-heat treated steel and machined in-house on our Hurco CNC, then sent to heat treat for treatment and blasting. We are the only ones in the industry who make them the right way; using the proper steel grade and heat treating them to help against wear and strengthen the steel.

All models of the VRod are able to switch to this pulley with the help of manufacturing two types Offset and Standard. Offset pulleys are made to fit all bikes with a 240-280 rear tire whether it is custom, homemade, or a stock swingarm. Standard pulleys are made to fit all bikes with a 180-200 rear tire with some alterations required. Detailed instructions are included.

All VRod’s sold overseas will require a North American stock belt for proper tension. We can acquire this belt for you. Contact us for a complete package quotation.

Straight Cut 2nd Gear

This 2nd Gear upgrade is all business no messing around. Your first ride on your VRod after this replacement and once you hit 2nd gear,you will feel the difference! Factory set is a helical gear which is good for noise reduction but not very durable our gear set is straight cut which is much stronger and can take the pounding you will put it through on the street or track. We sell them lose for $440.00 and you install them, or send us your transmission and an additional $90 and we’ll install it for you.

VRSCA / VRSCAW Drag Handlebar

Look no further we have your VRSCA/VRSCAW drag bar setup. We take your stock set cut the pull back out, weld them back together and then send them out to powder coat or chrome. Stock controls carry over to them with no issues.

Daytona Twin Tec VRFID

VRFI Gen 4 Fuel Injection Controller for all models of the VRod

By far the best ECM/tuner system for the VRod whether you are doing mild to wild changes this system can do it all. Having installed several systems I can attest this is the ONLY tuner we use for all of our in house big bore builds and even stock motors with nothing more than our Ground Pounder exhaust system. Also great for supercharger and turbo builds with available 300 kPa speed-density software. Here are a list of the features and capabilities.

Engine Brace

Our Engine Brace is made from aircraft grade 6061 T6 aluminum and machined in-house on our CNC. This piece is a must have for any high performance big bore, turbo, nitrous, or supercharger motor. It locks down the four main bolts that surround the crank by tying it together with the brace plate. The ARP studs are not stretch bolts and hold strong when properly installed. The kit comes with the brace, ARP studs, washers, nuts, and installation instructions.

Aluminum Oil Pan

Billet 6061 Manifold Grade Aluminum Oil Pan. Couple this pan with one of our Engine Brace kits, pin the main bearings and your bottom end is going nowhere. The stock oil pan is susceptible to twisty and turning while under load. Our pan takes the flex out and helps hold the bottom case half together.  $395.00 gets you this beautiful pan and new stainless steel hardware.

Throttle Body

58mm Throttle Body is a must have if you have head work, high performance cams, or going big bore motor. Each shaft is handmade from 304 stainless steel on a Bridgeport and Monarch toolroom lathe. Once completed it is fitted with our machined SS blades and then screwed together. Next, we weld each screw onto the shaft to prevent against any damage if it were to break.

Prices are $350.00 to re-manufacture your already 58mm HD Destroyer throttle body and $550.00 to machine your 53mm or stock system to 58mm which includes both plastic velocity stacks.
